01.08.2013 Tema İstanbul and Vladikavkaz Projects featured in İnşaat & Yatırım

Developed as one of the flagship projects of Istanbul, Tema Istanbul project was unveiled with a press conference and since then it is at the center of public eye and attracts a wide interest from Turkey and abroad. With its unprecedented mixture of activities including an amazing park, Tema İstanbul is meant to be a destination of Istanbul for decades. iki design group has undertook the residential section of the project and delivered a permeable living environment where indoor and outdoor facilities have been deliberately met.

İnsaat & Yatırım has featured Tema İstanbul in its August 2013 edition and highlighted the discerning characteristics of the project. The magazine has also covered another headmost project that being developed by iki design group, called Vladikavkaz. Situated in North Ossetia-Russia and embracing a peculiar natural landscape, Vladikavkaz Stadium and Youth Center emerges as a crown that is like to be an icon for the city.
