Sitting on a major route where city center has been reconfiguring and likely to vitalize urban life around it, Papirus Plaza opened its doors. Shortlisted in Arcipark Best Office Selection in 2013 and awarded as best office development in Turkish Real Eastate Oscars, theproject breaks the monotonous feature of a gross market typology as combining it with a gradient layered office mass. The office structure extends it surface over the mall and creates an attractive atmosphere by its deliberately emphasised horizontal lines and terraces. Papirus Plaza is unfolded by three sections involving deliberately emphasised horizontal lines which bring mildness to the scale and vibrancy to the feature. During the night it sparkles as if an urban lantern thanks to its fluid and stable façade provided by glass and concrete.
